About Family Journey HQ

Helping families stay organized while caring for someone they love.

Family Journey HQ began with a simple, hard truth: when someone you love gets sick or needs more help, the caring is rarely the hardest part. The hardest part is keeping track of everything — the medications, the appointments, the insurance, the paperwork, the who-does-what — often while holding down a job and a family of your own.

We built this place to make that part lighter. Not a healthcare site, and not one more thing to learn — a warm, practical home base for the logistics of caring for a parent, a grandparent, a spouse, a disabled or special-needs family member, or someone recovering from surgery or illness.

What you’ll find here

  • Free, plain-English guides written from trusted public sources like Medicare.gov, the CDC, the National Institute on Aging, and the Family Caregiver Alliance.
  • Free, private tools — calculators and builders that run entirely in your browser and print onto one clean page.
  • The Care Command Center, our premium organizer that keeps everything in one calm dashboard as a web app, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Our promise

Everything here is built to help you get organized — to record information, plan ahead, and help your family communicate. We are careful never to cross into medical, legal, or financial advice. We’ll always point you toward the right professional for your situation, and we’ll always treat you like the capable, loving person you are.

Because the caregiver matters as much as the person being cared for. You can’t pour from an empty cup — and you shouldn’t have to do this alone.
